Annual overhaul and licence renewal go together — the inspection the licence renewal needs is the same condition the overhaul leaves the boiler in. We run both as one scope.

We prepare the boiler for the inspecting authority's visit and handle the statutory correspondence, so the renewal isn't held up on paperwork.
Chemical cleaning dissolves scale on the water side where deposits are dense; mechanical de-scaling is physical cleaning done most overhauls regardless.
3–5 days under 20 TPH, 6–12 days for 20–100 TPH — confirmed against the pre-shutdown survey findings.
