Industrial Piping

Steam, condensate, fuel and utility piping — fabricated, erected, tested.

Piping is the circulatory system of a boiler house — undersized, poorly supported or badly routed piping shows up as pressure drop, leaks and maintenance headaches years later. We fabricate and erect to the relevant code, IBR or otherwise.

What’s included

  • Steam piping — IBR and non-IBR
  • Condensate, feedwater and blowdown piping
  • Fuel, air and process utility piping
  • Fire-water piping and drainage lines
  • Pipe supports, hangers and insulation
  • Hydrostatic testing on completion

Frequently asked

IBR piping falls under the Boilers Act's statutory scope (typically steam lines above certain pressure/size thresholds connected to the boiler); non-IBR utility piping doesn't. We confirm which applies before fabrication.

Yes — hydrostatic testing and the certificate are standard on completion of any pressure piping scope.

Yes — re-routing is common when a revamp or BOP upgrade changes equipment layout; it's scoped as part of the engineering package.
