How we execute

  1. Survey

    Site engineer inspects the asset, records nameplate data, failure history and access constraints.

  2. Method statement

    Written scope, standards referenced, manpower and duration, submitted for your sign-off before mobilisation.

  3. Mobilisation

    Crew, tooling and consumables dispatched from the nearest regional office.

  4. Execution

    Work carried out to the method statement, with NDT and hold-point inspection where the scope requires it.

  5. Handover

    Asset returned to service with a documentation package — inspection records, test certificates and IBR forms where applicable.

Frequently asked

Either — BOP scope is modular. A single deaerator replacement or piping package is as standalone a job as a full fuel handling system build.

A poorly performing deaerator lets dissolved oxygen into the feedwater, which drives pitting corrosion in the boiler pressure parts.

We fabricate and erect the equipment; civil foundation work is coordinated with your civil contractor or ours, depending on how the project is structured.

Both — pollution control board norms set minimum stack height based on fuel and capacity, and dispersion modelling can push it higher.

Piping tie-ins, tank work and standalone fuel handling upgrades often can be phased around the boiler's schedule; anything tying into feedwater or steam lines needs an outage.
