Getting the boiler to the new site is half the job — reinstallation is where foundation readiness, alignment and tie-in accuracy determine whether commissioning goes smoothly or drags.

Civil work is typically your contractor's scope; we confirm foundation specifications during the survey stage so it's ready before equipment arrives.
Usually — refractory rarely survives dismantling and transport intact, so relining after re-erection is standard, not an add-on.
3–6 weeks from arrival to recommissioning, depending on how much of the BOP needs reconnecting.
