How we execute
Survey
Site engineer inspects the asset, records nameplate data, failure history and access constraints.
Method statement
Written scope, standards referenced, manpower and duration, submitted for your sign-off before mobilisation.
Mobilisation
Crew, tooling and consumables dispatched from the nearest regional office.
Execution
Work carried out to the method statement, with NDT and hold-point inspection where the scope requires it.
Handover
Asset returned to service with a documentation package — inspection records, test certificates and IBR forms where applicable.

Both — we fabricate to client-supplied drawings as-is, or provide design and drafting support where the scope needs it.
Depends on the item and site access — tanks and vessels are usually shop-fabricated and transported; platforms and large structures are often built on site.
Yes — site welding, NDT and QA/QC support is offered standalone, not only bundled with our own fabrication scope.
IBR applies to boiler and boiler-external pressure parts under Indian statute; ASME Section VIII is the code more commonly specified for process vessels. Which applies depends on the vessel's duty — confirmed before fabrication starts.
3–8 weeks from approved drawing to dispatch, depending on size, material and whether it's a stock design or fully custom.
